Mold Testing

  • An on-site, visual inspection of any areas of concern. Once the problem has been narrowed down, we will take three samples to identify the presence and severity of the issue. These samples will be overnighted to the lab for analysis. Once the results are complete, we will provide you with a detailed report of our findings.

  • The standard package is $495 which includes 72-hour lab turnaround times, meaning approximately 5 business days from the inspection to receiving the results, depending on shipping. Additional samples are $115 per sample. Faster turnaround times are available for an increased price.

Lead Testing

  • We provide lead paint chip sampling for OSHA and RRP compliance, or for peace of mind. This includes a site visit to assess the areas of demolition or concern and collect samples to be delivered to a lab for analysis. Once the lab has completed its work, we provide a full report of our findings.

Asbestos Testing

  • Asbestos can be found in many different materials, even today. Whether you need help with a real estate transaction, need testing prior to demolition, or are concerned that you may have asbestos in your home, we can help. We’ll inspect the site, collect samples, and give you a full report with a lab analysis of our findings.
