I am so thankful we were given Luke Spence's name after we had water damage to our home. He was here the same day, provided excellent customer service, did a thorough investigation, and provided exceptional communication with my restoration and insurance company. He accurately diagnosed issues that were unknown to everyone involved, and provided a very involved report. I would have been in a bad situation without him. I cannot recommend his company enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Was totally impressed with their professionalism and patience with me AND my insurance company...because who wants to deal with a scarry "mold" prognosis? Friendly, polite," knowledgeable and a word not used often enough anymore because of its lacking in our society, but responsible....not once did I reach out that they did not respond! (Even on a Saturday, a bit after noon, just to pay my bill and got the owner answering my call)...folks that's not only SERVICE....thats INTEGRITY!!! You will NOT regret calling them...."
