  • Asbestos Testing

Suspect asbestos-containing materials may be present in older building products and should be evaluated before renovation or disturbance. We provide a detailed inspection, laboratory sampling of identified materials, and a written report documenting the results.

  • Lead Testing

Lead-based paint may be present in older homes and can pose serious health risks, especially to young children. Our paint-chip assessments combine inspection, laboratory sampling, and a written report so property owners can make informed decisions. This service is not XRF testing.

  • Hazard Assessment

When the source of a building concern is unclear, a broader hazard assessment can evaluate multiple possible contributors rather than assuming a single cause. Depending on the property and concern, the scope may include mold, asbestos, lead, VOCs, soot, moisture, or other conditions.

  • Mold Testing

Indoor mold growth often points to a moisture problem that should be investigated. Because visible growth may not reveal the full extent of an issue, our inspectors combine a detailed site assessment with air or surface sampling when appropriate. The written report explains observations and laboratory findings.

  • Sick Building Syndrome

Occupants sometimes report symptoms or discomfort that seem connected to time spent in a building. Because many conditions can contribute, we use a systematic inspection to document observable building and environmental factors and recommend appropriate next steps. We do not diagnose medical conditions.
